Putra Specialist
Hospital Melaka Sdn. Bhd,
housed in a 12-storery building
with 200 beds, started its
operations as The Southern
Hospital in 1995. Strategically
located in the heart of Malacca
Historic City, it commands easy
accessibility through the main
arterial roads leading to the
city centre. It is also very
conveniently located next to
surrounding luxury and budget
hotels as well as the main
shopping street of Jalan Bunga
Raya, "the Oxford Street" of
Malacca. Our other hospital,
Putra Specialist Hospital (Batu
Pahat), a 88-bedded hospital
located in Batu Pahat, commands
the south-western corridor of
Peninsular Malaysia. Putra
Specialist Hospital Group is
majority - owned by Malacca
State Government, the minority
shareholders being Mediquest Sdn
Bhd and Apex Pharmacy Bhd.
