Customer Relation team can assist international patients to extend their social visit pass. The required documents for pass extension:
- Passport – Patient & companion (original & photocopy)
- Marriage certificate / Birth certificate (original & photocopy)
- Patient Confirmation Letter from Medical officer or Consultant
- Appointment card (original & photocopy)
- Hotel receipt (original & photocopy)
- Imm 55 Form
- Letter of Appointment (to CR Officer to submit and collect on behalf)
The new social visit pass will be issued within 2 weeks before the visa’s expiry date.
Patients from selected nationality are provided with “eVISA” services. eVISA is an online application platform that enables foreign nationals to apply for an electronic visa to enter Malaysia at the comfort of their convenience.
